• If you are under 13, do not use the Services or provide personal information.

2. Parent/guardian requests

• If you believe your child provided personal data, contact: privacy@kervado.com.
• We will take steps to delete data where required, after verifying the request.

3. Minimum data for age assurance

If we implement age checks, we will minimise the data used and retain it only as long as necessary for that purpose.
