These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fortress Fury (the "Game"), a multiplayer PvP experience published by ODSOFT LLC ("Publisher") and developed by Kervado ("Studio"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game on Steam, the App Store, Google Play, or any other supported platform, you agree to these Terms and to any platform rules that also apply.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to play. Minors must have a parent or guardian review and accept these Terms.
- Your platform account (for example, Steam, Apple ID, or Google Play account) may be required to access the Game. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Gameplay & conduct
- Fortress Fury is a competitive multiplayer PvP game. You agree to play fairly, avoid cheating, and respect other players.
- Prohibited conduct includes exploiting bugs, using unauthorized automation or cheats, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, and any behavior that disrupts gameplay or the community.
- We may take enforcement actions (warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans) if we detect cheating or abusive conduct.
Virtual items & purchases
- The Game is free to download and play and offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items or currency. These items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold.
- All purchases are subject to the terms and payment processing of the platform where you made the purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by that platform’s rules unless otherwise required by law.
- Pricing, availability, and functionality of items may change as we balance or update the Game.
Advertising
- The Game may display video ads and banner ads. Some optional rewards may require viewing an ad to claim.
- Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks that have their own privacy policies and controls. Ad content may depend on your device settings, age rating, or platform rules.
User content & feedback
- You are responsible for any chat messages, usernames, or other content you share in the Game. Do not share content you do not have permission to use or that violates the law.
- By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant the Publisher and Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them in the Game and related services without obligation to you.
Intellectual property
- The Game, including its code, art, audio, characters, lore, and trademarks, is owned by the Publisher or Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws.
- You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works unless permitted by law.
Updates, downtime & changes
- We may release updates, balance changes, new content, or patches that are required to continue playing. Some updates may change how features work or remove features.
- The Game or certain features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
- We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or cheating, or if required by law or platform rules.
- You may stop using the Game at any time. Some data may persist as allowed by law and platform policies.
Disclaimers & liability
- The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the extent allowed by law, the Publisher and Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations; in those cases, only the limitations allowed by law apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you live in a country that requires local law to apply, that local law may govern.
