- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent above. The counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
