1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use Fortress Fury and related services.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

  • Kervado is a development studio within ODSOFT LLC. References to "Kervado" or "Studio" in this policy refer to ODSOFT LLC.

3. What we collect (categories)

3.1 Account identifiers and profile data:

  • In-game nickname.
  • Platform identifiers used for sign-in/linking (Steam ID, Apple identifier, Google identifier).
  • Internal user ID.

3.2 Game progression and cosmetics:

  • Coins balance, rating, level/experience, cosmetics/loadout selections.
  • Match/lobby participation and related metadata needed for multiplayer.

3.3 Purchases and transaction records:

  • Store transaction IDs/status, internal purchase status, amounts/currency, bundle/product IDs.

3.4 Technical and security data:

  • IP address and connection logs (for security and connectivity).
  • Diagnostic data, crash/error logs, and related metadata.

3.5 Communications:

  • Support messages you send to us.
  • In-game chat messages (if enabled). Chat persistence is currently unspecified; messages may be relayed to other players in real time.

4. Sources of data

  • You: nickname, gameplay, purchases, support messages.
  • Platforms: Steam/Apple/Google provide identifiers and purchase confirmations under their own policies.
  • Our systems: server logs, authentication and security events, error/diagnostic telemetry.

5. How we use data (purposes)

  • To provide the Services: authentication, multiplayer, leaderboards, progression.
  • To process purchases and deliver virtual currency/items.
  • To secure and maintain Services, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce Terms.
  • To debug and improve performance and stability (including monitoring tools).
  • (Future) To deliver and measure advertising on mobile, subject to required permissions/consents and your choices.

7. Sharing and disclosures

  • Platform providers (Steam/Apple/Google) for distribution, authentication, and purchases.
  • Service providers (processors) for hosting, monitoring, customer support, anti-fraud, and security.
  • Advertising partners (future): if ads are enabled, ad networks/mediators (e.g., AppLovin) may receive limited data to serve and measure ads.
  • Legal/safety: we may disclose data to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

8. International transfers

We may process data globally and use service providers in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

9. Retention

  • Account/profile: retained while you use the Services and for a reasonable period after last activity.
  • Purchases/transaction records: retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance.
  • Security/diagnostic logs: retained for a limited period unless needed for investigations.
  • Lobby state: may be stored temporarily for multiplayer operation; retention depends on technical TTLs.

10. Your rights and choices

EU/UK: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability; complaints to supervisory authority.

California (and similar US laws where applicable): right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses, non-discrimination.

You may request deletion at: privacy@kervado.com.

If required (e.g., Google Play account deletion requirement), we provide an in-app deletion path and a web deletion link.

11. Children

  • The Services are not directed to children under 13.
  • If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will delete it where required.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the effective date and provide notice for material changes.
